The best tune up of your rabbinate:  Using the Myers Briggs (MBTI), the most reliable personality type inventory for rabbis.

For decades the MBTI has been used by corporations, foundations and universities for personal development and team work. In this MOCA workshop, we applied the MBTI specifically to the rabbinate. We explored sermon writing, leadership style, communication, and more. We answered questions such as: Why do some rabbis feel uncomfortable at Kiddush? Why can’t some rabbis stop going from meeting to meeting? Why do we sometimes say the most self-destructive things at board meetings? This workshop opened a profound self-awareness.
