Navigating the Role of the Clergy Partner

Wednesday, July 15th
7:00-8:00pm ET / 4:00-5:00pm PT

Led by Tami Arnowitz

Being a clergy partner can be deeply meaningful, rewarding, and, at times, complicated. The role often carries unspoken expectations and unique pressures that shape family life, relationships, and identity. In this session, led by Tami Arnowitz, founder of Good Questions Coaching and Teaching and a clergy partner for 25 years, participants will explore the challenges and opportunities that come with supporting a clergy leader while also sustaining a strong sense of self through stories, Jewish and secular texts, practical wisdom, and guided discussions. Together, we’ll reflect on boundaries, visibility, belonging, and partnership. Participants will also have the chance to share space with others navigating similar dynamics, and the reminder that no one has to navigate these experiences alone.
